The location couldn't be better, as it's

just a three-minute walk from the bus and train station. I really appreciated how spacious and clean the room was, and the friendly assistance from Christiana made our stay even more special. Overall, a delightful experience.

Noise from the heavy entrance door is unbearable!!! Poor soundproofing made every little sound from neighbors disruptive. The common areas are in poor condition, which doesn't match the advertised quality. Cleaning needs a serious upgrade!!!

Perfectly located near the train station, but the shower door was difficult to close properly.

this place is laughable, I could hear every sound from the next room, which I guess is their version of a luxury experience. And don't get me started on the lack of breakfast. tea and coffee in a shared space does not count. I woudl ve been happy with a room upgrade but I guess that's too much to ask.

A delightful stay in Sorrento

On waking up, I was greeted by the aroma of fresh coffee and the stunning views from my private balcony. The decor was charming, reflecting the local culture beautifully, and the staff was always eager to help.

Unfortunately, the coffee machine was sometimes unreliable, which was a minor inconvenience. While the Wi-Fi connection was stable, it could sometimes slow down during peak hours.

Sparkling clean rooms with charming decor elevated the experience, complemented by a lovely balcony that offered a serene spot to unwind. The convenience of early bag drop after checkout was appreciated, but the soundproofing could be improved. noises from adjacent rooms disrupted relaxation. A lack of breakfast options was disappointing, making the stay feel incomplete despite the proximity to idyllic dining spots.

I loved how the building had an elevator, saving us from hauling luggage up stairs, and the valet parking made our arrival a breeze in a tricky area like Sorrento. Relaxing in the lounge with a book and enjoying the rooftop terrace views were high points of our stay. Just a heads up, the shower could've used a little more privacy, but it didn't ruin our experience. 😊

The property was conveniently located just a 12-15 minute walk from the main areas of tourism in Sorrento. The apartment was clean and met our needs for proximity to the city center and town. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient, and the staff provided thorough explanations upon arrival regarding places to visit and dine.

The place was perfect for our family with young kids, featuring a reliable tour desk and free Wi-Fi throughout. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony, where we could unwind while watching the sunset. The kids loved exploring nearby parks too.

My wife says that the shower could be improved for a better experience.
